An elegant blouse made up in a soft sateen fabric.  A loose band ties around the neckline with an elegant 'twist' in the front, which stays in place.

It cuts away at the shoulders, but covers any underarm bulges and has a comfortably loose elasticated hem to allow it to blouson over - this can be pulled up higher or worn lower on the hip.
